It contains only half as much caffeine as a regular cup of coffee (50mg), and can be stirred into hot water or mixed with your favorite milk. The coffee beans are medium to dark roasted and give a deep coffee flavor where you don't notice the taste of mushrooms. You realize this when you discover that you didn't have your usual mid-day crash.

Organic Instant coffee
Organic coffee grown in the shade from Colombia. After careful roasting and brewing of the beans, the coffee is concentrated and freeze-dried. Four Sigmatic uses a third party to test each batch for purity. You get 50mg of caffeine per pack.
Organic Chaga mushroom (350 mg per serving )
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) supports the immune system and can also have both anti-cancer and blood-strengthening effects. It has been used for hundreds of years. Four Sigma collects its Chaga from the wild, which means it is taken from birch trees (following sustainable practices). They then extract the extract from it and freeze-dry the concentrate to make an instant powder without any fillers or additives.
